What file formats do you accept?
We commonly work from DXF, DWG and STEP files, and can also work from STL and dimensioned PDF drawings. If you need help preparing files for manufacturing, we are happy to assist.
What materials do you cut?
Plastics including HDPE, UHMW, ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, expanded PVC and nylon; and wood including plywood, Baltic birch, MDF, hardwood, softwood and cabinet-grade sheet goods. We also handle light metal cutting.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We take on everything from a single prototype part to high-volume production runs.
How long does a typical job take?
Lead time depends on material availability, quantity and complexity. We confirm a delivery date with your quote and keep you updated through production.
Can you help if I only have a sketch or a concept?
Yes. With years of CAD design experience, we can develop your concept into a manufacturable design before cutting begins.
Do you ship outside of Texas?
Yes. We are based in Lewisville and serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex directly, and we ship precision CNC-cut parts to customers nationwide.
